Dr. Stephanie K. Martin holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine from AIMC in Berkeley, California, and is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in the state of California. She is a board-certified fellow in fertility acupuncture through the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine (ABORM), the leading organization for reproductive medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is nationally certified in East Asian Medicine by NCCAOM.

Since 2015, Stephanie has guided thousands of individuals on their fertility journeys, helping them achieve healthier, more regular, and pain-free menstrual cycles along the way. She sees the menstrual cycle as a vital sign and a key indicator of overall health. Through her work, Stephanie aims to help people understand and sync with their body’s natural rhythms, fostering balance, wellbeing, and a deeper connection to themselves.

Grounded in personalized medicine, Stephanie combines the wisdom of Traditional East Asian Medicine with the precision of Functional Medicine to create tailored treatments that address the root causes of health issues and enhance overall well-being. Her comprehensive approach integrates acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, nutritional guidance, and customized supplement plans, all designed to support optimal health.

Stephanie is dedicated to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care that empowers individuals on their path to better health, easier periods and improved fertility. Outside of work, she loves traveling and exploring different cultures. In San Diego, you’ll find her hiking with her dog Mochi, spending time with family, or tending to her ever-growing collection of indoor plants.
